Our fully automated singulation systems are custom designed and engineered to fit within a PCB manufacturers
production line. Automatic pick and place option available. Costs typically
exceed $100,000.00. Many brands of PLC’s are available such as Allen Bradley,
General Electric, Mitsubishi, or any other brand as specified by the customer

SEMIAUTOMATIC PRESSES
Our semi-automatic singulation systems
can be manufactured with dual palm buttons for actuation and/or electronic
safety light curtains for automatic actuation. An automated shuttle tray
delivers the panel to and from the tooling so the operators hands always stay
well outside the work area. Prices start at $30,000.00 and may approach
$60,000.00 depending on size, force required, and degree of automation. |

MANUALLY OPERATED TOGGLE
PRESSES
Our manually operated toggle presses
use the same type tooling as the semi-automated and fully automatic, in-line
systems, so tools can be interchanged easily facilitating equipment
upgrades. The press develops about one ton of force and can handle tooling
with approximately five inches of trim. The cost is approximately $4,550.00.
